Before submitting your request for a return or exchange, please review our Return Policy.
1. Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Contact Us to request an RMA Number and obtain Return detailed instructions.
2. Return Shipping Label.
Since your order was shipped with Free Shipping, customers must pay the Return Shipping Label.
Email us the Tracking Number within the posted time frame. We must receive the tracking details in order to properly receive your return request and RMA compliance procedure.
Print your RMA Number and place it with the returned product.
3. Pack your merchandise carefully.
REFUNDS: Returned product must be brand new, original packaging, unopened, unused, and with all of the original accessories. The item will be refused for a return if the request is received outside the 15 day policy.
EXCHANGES: Exchanged product must include all packaging, original item and accessories so that we may fulfill your exchange in a timely manner.
To protect products while in transit, please use the proper shipping supplies for packaging.
Securely tape your new shipping label to the package.
4. Give the package to your local mail carrier.
Take it to any official USPS Post Office location.
5. Product Received at Seaport Gear facility.
REFUNDS: When we received and verified the product, we will process your request for a refund. If the item is opened or used, we must deny the request for refund.
EXCHANGES: We will process an expedited exchange of the same product upon receipt and verification of the original product.
An email will be sent to you that your return was processed. We normally process your exchange within 2-5 days and refund within 7-14 days. However, there may be times where an internal inspection will delay a return or exchange and possibly be refused due to tampering, negligence, or where the product is considered not verifiable within our Returns Policy and Terms of Sale.
